Kansas City Adventures

Kansas City is a beautiful city full of fun murals, decorative walls, and cute shops. However,  not many people know the true beauty of this city and it takes a lot of adventuring to find the simple locations that make this city so unique. This past weekend I toured Kansas City from a tourist perspective and visited several locations that highlight what Kansas City is all about. 

When visiting Kansas City you must stop by the City Market during the Spring and Summer time.  At the City Market you can purchase homemade goods, flower bouquets, and a variety of other plants. There are also many food booths and restaurants inside such as farm to table stye restaurants. 

Living in Kansas has taught me to love the beauty of Sunflowers. The City Market has many booths selling sunflowers during the Spring and Summer time. 

When in Kansas City, make sure you keep your eyes out for murals. Kansas City has many murals painted in random alleys and along side shops. Lot's of these murals highlight the most known features of Kansas. 

The above mural was located outside the Urban Provisions shop which featured a lot of cute vintage artwork.
